Mr. Shelman managed the maintenance and custodial departments as an overall facilities and plant engineer of assembly factory with approximately 175 employees including the managing of the engineering and maintenance departments. Mr. Shelman’s responsibilities included the plant's five buildings (nearly 500,000 sq. ft.), equipment and surrounding property, a fleet of vehicles and forklifts, and maintaining proper environmental and safety procedures.
